Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney Purchase Third Tennessee Property
Questions have been circulating as to whether the Teen Mom franchise would come to an end or not, and the rumors were shut down with very exciting news.
It was recently announced that MTV will be creating a spin-off show merging both Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 into one. Ahead of the recent news, Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout and her husband Taylor McKinney may be preparing for the show with a new exciting purchase of their own.

In May of 2022, MTV officially announced a series of spin-off shows that would premiere in the near future, Teen Mom: The Next Chapter being one of them. The show is set to combine cast members from both currently airing shows to create the ultimate reality show.
The newest addition to the franchise will follow along with a handful of the current members and their journey through motherhood. The description of the show indicates, “Some have kids in diapers, while others are now parenting teenagers! But they all share the unique experience of momming so young. For the first time, the moms and all their stories will be brought together in one supersized series that focuses on the unique bond they share as they face the reality of parenthood and adulting while entering new phases of life together.”
New information was recently dropped about the show on The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. “It could change but they’re pretty set on that,” they detailed. “They think the girls on this show have a ‘legacy’ because they’ve been on TV for so long.
According to the outlet, pre-production has already begun with producers joining the team from both of the existing crews. They also shared that some filming has already started.
Although the official cast has yet to be announced, it is rumored that Kailyn Lowry and Mackenzie McKee will not be making their return. However Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney just bought another property together in Tennessee, which seems to be another step in their direction to pursue a real estate career.

According to The Sun, the couple recently purchased a .58-acre piece of land in Ooltewah, Tennessee for $22,500. The purchase was made back in March of 2022, making this their third piece of property they bought together.
In November of 2021, Maci and Taylor purchased two cottages on the same piece of land for a total of $190,000. According to the Tennessee property records, each cottage is set to be 528 square feet and fits over one acre of land – both filled with two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
In addition, they purchased 48 acres of land for $339,000. We have yet to see the direction the reality stars will be taking in their newly found real estate career, however the two are happily living in their own mansion with their children Bentley, 13, Jayde, 7, and Maverick, 6.
